The art organization, UpTown Gallery is a unique collective of local artists which began in early 2006 to bring fine art to the public. The co-operative’s artists are chosen for their individuality, dedication and professionalism in the field of fine art. In the gallery you will find art in a wide variety of styles, from traditional to contemporary, and in differing artistic media – oil, watercolour, acrylic, pastel, pressed botanical art, collage, sculpture, ceramics, photography, printmaking, Italian-styled mosaics, jewelry, and stained and fused glass.
