Content that does not meet the coverage or formatting guidelines will be returned or declined as appropriate. Typically, the only reason why we would decline something is if the listing falls outside of the coverage guidelines.

To find out whether your content has been returned/declined and why:

1. Go to My Content
2. Review your content. It will give you a summary of content you have submitted, and whether it has been approved, returned or declined
   
    
3. Click on the edit link for the listing you want to review.
4. Click on the Workflow button
   
5. For returned content, scroll to after the comment section to see why the listing was returned.
   

   You can then click the Edit button to make the necessary changes and resubmit the listing for approval:
