At Culture Blast, we encourage you to link to images and files hosted elsewhere, such as on your own website. If you do not currently have a website or photo/document hosting, there are several free options available to you. Below are only three of these options, which we recommend for their ease of use and large network of users. Please refer to their respective help pages for more information about usage and obtaining links to add to your Culture Blast listings.
 

Flickr
For people who want to share images only, Flickr is a popular option. As of September 14, 2009, they offer uploading of 2 videos and 100MB worth of photos each calendar month for free accounts*.

Flickr is a product of Yahoo!, and has a great community of users and many options for image privacy and licensing (including Creative Commons licencing).

Dropbox
For people who want to share all file types (particularly large files), Dropbox is a great option. As of September 14, 2009, they offer free account holders 2GB of storage space*, which is plenty of space for most users. They also have useful features such as syncing with your computer, which could be useful for organizations who need a simple file backup solution.

Google
If you want a more robust option, Google offers Google Docs for document sharing, Google Photos/Picasa for photo sharing, and Google Sites for basic website creation and hosting. They also offer email and calendar services, and all usage is free!
